Application and Leasing

How do I apply for an apartment in your complex?

Visit the Floor Plans page on our website and choose Availability for the apartment that suits you best. Once youve selected your move-in date and lease term, click Apply Now to continue. The process is fully online, secure, and designed to keep things moving at your pace.

What documents do I need to provide for the application process? 

To complete your application, youll need a government-issued ID or Tax ID, along with proof of income.

What are the income requirements to qualify for an apartment? 

To qualify for an apartment at Elliot Norcross, your gross monthly income should be at least three times the rent.

What is the lease term for the apartments? 

At Elliot Norcross, we offer lease terms between 9 and 12 months, depending on availability.

Can I sublease my apartment? 

To help maintain a safe and comfortable living environment for all residents, subleasing is not allowed at Elliot Norcross.

Is renters insurance required? 

Yes, renters insurance is required for all residents at Elliot Norcross.

How do I renew my lease? 

When its time to renew your lease, just log into the Residents Portal to view and complete the process online. Weve made it simple so you can lock in your next lease with just a few clicks. 

Does the property offer affordable housing options?

At this time, Elliot Norcross does not offer affordable housing options. If you have questions about pricing or availability, our leasing team is happy to help you find the best fit for your needs.

 

Move-In and Move-Out Support

Are there move-in or application fees?

Yes. A $75 application fee is required when you apply, along with a $200 admin fee at move-in.

Are there services to help with the move-in process?

While we dont provide moving services, residents are welcome to coordinate their own movers. Our team is available to answer any questions during the process to make your move as smooth as possible.

Are there any restrictions on decorating or modifying the apartment? 

Youre welcome to make your space feel like home, but for everyones safety and comfort, grills are not permitted on patios. We also ask that any decor or updates be easily removed without damaging the unit when you move out.

What happens if I need to break my lease?

We understand circumstances can change, and you may need to end your lease early. In that case, we require a 60-day notice and a lease termination fee equal to one months rent. 

How much notice is required before moving out?

We require a written 60-day notice before your planned move-out date.

What is the process for moving out?

To begin the move-out process, submit your 60-day written notice. Well schedule a pre-move-out walk-through to help you prepare. Once youve moved out, just return your keys and complete a final walk-through with our team. 

How long does it typically take to receive the security deposit refund?

Security deposit refunds are typically processed within 30 days of your move-out date.

 

Fees and Payments

How much is the security deposit, and when is it due? 

At Elliot Norcross, we use a deposit alternative through LeaseLock. All approved applicants pay a $46 monthly fee.

Are utilities included in the rent?

No, utilities are not included in the rent and are billed separately. This gives you more control over your usage and choice of provider.

Which Wi-Fi providers can I use?

Youre welcome to choose any internet provider that services the area, though Comcast is the preferred option for best compatibility with the Elliot Norcross community setup.

How can I pay my rent?

Rent payments are made online through the Bilt portal, where you can pay by card or use the MoneyGram link.

Are there other fees such as monthly amenity fees or technology fees?

Yes, there are a few standard monthly service fees: $7 for pest control, $30 for valet trash, and $15 for trash service. These help maintain a clean and comfortable community for all residents.

 

Parking

Is parking available?

Yes, on-site parking is available for residents at Elliot Norcross.

Are there any restrictions on overnight guests? 

Overnight guests are welcome at Elliot Norcross. We do ask that they adhere to all community rules and regulations.

Are there EV Charging stations? 

At this time, we do not have EV charging stations on-site. If you have questions about parking or nearby charging options, feel free to contact our leasing team.

 

Maintenance and Requests

How do I submit maintenance requests?

You can submit maintenance requests directly through the Resident Portal at your convenience. Our team reviews and responds to all work orders in a timely manner.

How quickly are maintenance issues addressed?

Our maintenance team works hard to address all requests as quickly as possible. Were committed to keeping your home comfortable and well-cared for.

 

Pets

Do you allow pets in the apartments?

Yes! Elliot Norcross is a pet-friendly community that welcomes both dogs and cats. You can have up to two pets in your apartment; were happy to have them join you here.

Is there a pet deposit or a monthly pet fee?

Yes, there is a one-time, non-refundable pet fee of $350 per pet, along with a monthly pet rent of $25 per pet.

What is the pet policy for specific breeds or sizes?

Breed restrictions do apply at Elliot Norcross. If youre unsure whether your pet qualifies, our leasing team is happy to provide the current policy and answer any questions.

What on-site amenities do you have that accommodate pets?

We have an off-leash pet park right on-site, along with pet services to support your day-to-day routine. At Elliot Norcross, pets are an important part of our community.

 

Amenities and Facilities

What amenities are available in the complex?

Life at Elliot Norcross is designed around comfort, connection, and convenience. With a resort-style pool, a sundeck, a fitness center, outdoor barbecue kitchen, and even a cyber caf and media lounge, our amenities support both relaxation and everyday ease. Are there laundry facilities in the complex?

Even better, every apartment at Elliot Norcross includes its own in-unit washer and dryer, so you can do laundry on your own schedule without leaving home. Plus, for added convenience, the community also features a resident wash and fold center.

Is there bike storage available on the property?

At this time, we dont offer on-site bike storage.

Do the apartments have high-speed internet access?

Yes, all apartments at Elliot Norcross are equipped for high-speed internet access, making it easy to work from home or stay connected with ease.

How does package delivery work? 

Package delivery is simple and convenient in our community. Your items will be dropped off right at your apartment door for easy access.

What floor plans are available at the property?

You can choose from one, two, or three-bedroom apartments designed with comfort and flexibility in mind. Visit our Floor Plans page to see current availability and find your ideal space.

Do you offer virtual tours of the apartments?
